Amethyst Brook Apartments construction has commenced, representing a significant investment in Pelham. Home City Development expresses gratitude to Governor Healy, Senator Joanne Comerford, and State Representatives Aaron Saunders and Mindy Domb for securing resources. The Pelham Select Board and various local entities have been supportive. The development offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments with modern amenities for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income. The energy-efficient buildings include features like electric vehicle charging stations and solar panels. HCDI secured funding from various sources, and the project involves a successful development team.
