Thank you to all of you who made it to the E. Henry Twiggs Estates Ribbon Cutting on Thursday June 6th!
E. Henry Twiggs Estates phases I and II were completed in December of 2018. On June 6th, 2019, politicians, funders, staff, and community joined together to celebrate the renovation of 136 units in the Bay and Upper Hill neighborhoods.
Program included a special ceremony to honor Mr. Twiggs to honor his 50-plus years of service to the Springfield community.
